The way you put it is certainly unobjectionable-as long as one remembers it applies to all presidents regardless of party or political orientation. We-rather the main stream media-forgot that from 2008-2016 when Obama was given a free hand to say some pretty nasty stuff about his opponents and-like Hillary-impugn a large segment of the American people. Indeed, Hillary probably wouldn't have committed her faux pas had she not had solid precedent.
